Color Me Run - March 2015
This is Vietnam's most lively and colorful sport event that is held anually by Pulse Active, and was my first project as an event organizer. With the project team, I took charge of recruiting and training volunteers, preparing logistics and managing on-date crises.
Prisma Run - September 2015
Prisma Run is the night edition of Color Me Run, also organized by Pulse Active. For this event, I had a change of responsibility and joined the media planning team. This is where I learned to sign sponsorship contracts, selecting appropriate media channels for promoting and manage Prisma Run Facebook Fanpage.
Fuse Night Out - October 2015
Fuse Night Out was a grand event hosted by Fuse Saigon to celebrate 5 years of success in the Entertainment industry. It was an EDM (Electronic Dance Music) party that took place at South Saigon Golf Club with the capacity of 7000 people.
This event was my proudest achievement as I worked on it as the project leader. For 2 months, I worked with my team to come up with the advertising strategy, media planning and execution.
Fuse Night Out turned out to be one of Fuse Saigon's most talked about events.
